GEC-300 Excitation Control System for Large and Medium Generator is suitable for synchronous condensers and all types of synchronous generators whose rated capacity varies from 50MW to 1000MW. It is also suitable for hydropower plant, thermal power plant or nuclear power plant.

GEC-300 excitation control system applies to 1) Static excitation system 2) AC exciter (brushless or not)+ permanent-magnet pilot 3) AC exciter (brushless or not)+ excitation transformer system 4) AC exciter with self regulated constant voltage + separately excited generator system 5) DC exciter system (Thyristor or IGBT may be adopted).
